Thank you for shopping with Safe Snuggles! We’re committed to getting your baby essentials to you quickly, safely, and with care.

Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimums, no codes, no exceptions. It’s our way of making sure every family gets the essentials they need without surprise costs at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within 3–7 business days via our standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination).
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided or through your account on our website.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@safesnuggles.com — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days.
Stolen packages: We recommend requiring a signature for high-value orders. Safe Snuggles is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@safesnuggles.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times for military addresses may vary.
International Shipping
At this time, Safe Snuggles ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally soon — stay tuned!
